Jamie is a shareholder with Murr Siler & Accomazzo, P.C., a boutique firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a diverse real estate and commercial litigation background.  Jamie originally joined the firm in 1997 and has now been practicing for more than 20 years, focusing on mortgage lending and servicing, real estate, commercial litigation, creditor rights, lender-liability defense, and bankruptcy.  Jamie also has extensive in-house counsel and managing-counsel experience, having served directly as in-house counsel for a nationwide mortgage lender and servicer, and assisted several other clients including owners, servicers and asset managers with compliance and litigation management nationwide.

Jamie became a shareholder of MSA in 2008, leading the firm’s strong consumer finance practice group and providing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage lending and servicing industry.   Jamie and the other members of the firm share a first-hand appreciation of the challenges facing our clients, together with in-depth knowledge of relevant state and federal laws including the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices, and many more. 

 

Jamie is licensed in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico, and the firm presently has offices in both Colorado and New Mexico.
